Child support recipients in Ohio can have their payments placed directly into their bank accounts by an electronic funds transfer. Also, the Ohio e-QuickPay Debit MasterCard program allows clients to have their payments credited directly to an Ohio e-QuickPay Debit MasterCard. Clients can call the SETS Voice Response Unit to determine when a payment was posted to their case: 1-800-860-2555.
