Casey is a junior in high school. Her favorite subject is social studies and she also likes to learn about the past. Casey says she doesn’t have an after-school job but would like to find one. When she isn’t busy with school, Casey likes to spend time with friends and family. She also enjoys reading, writing and taking walks. Shopping and going out to eat are also favorites and she loves to experiment with make-up. Casey loves dogs, cats and farm animals and would like to live in the country.
Casey’s goals include graduating from high school and then, perhaps, using her artistic talents to work as a tattoo artist. She is also thinking about attending the University of Akron following graduation.
Casey looks forward to being adopted because she wants to belong to a family who will lover her, no matter what. She would also like to have siblings, especially teens close in age to her. And, she adds, having pets would be great.
Children available through Stark County Job and Family Services may qualify for a variety of resources including financial support through federal or state subsidies, the medical card, or funding to cover travel expenses and legal fees. Eligibility is determined by each child’s specific special needs and is subject to change based on federal and state regulation. Casey’s adoption worker will be happy to provide additional information regarding specific subsidy and resource eligibility.
