Isaiah will be in seventh grade this fall. He is funny and has a winning smile! His favorite subject is science because he really likes doing experiments! A new interest is cooking—Isaiah really likes the science of cooking and likes trying new recipes and techniques. Isaiah enjoys being outside and is very interested in becoming a scout and learning all about the outdoors. He says cooking and fishing are his favorite activities. Isaiah also enjoys video games, remote-control cars, playing with friends and building with Lego™ blocks.
Isaiah thinks about his future and has decided that he would like to become a soldier for two very important reasons. The first, he says, is that he wants to be able to help people. The second reason is that, if he joins the service, his college education will be free.
Isaiah would like to become part of a family with older kids. A family that spends time together, enjoys family activities, and going places together would be great! And, because Isaiah loves dogs and cats, he would really like to have a kitten!
Children available through Stark County Job and Family Services may qualify for a variety of resources including financial support through federal or state subsidies, the medical card or funding to cover travel expenses and legal fees. Eligibility is determined by each child’s specific special needs and is subject to change based on federal and state regulation. Isaiah's adoption worker will be happy to provide additional information regarding specific subsidy and resource eligibility.
